Pink Convertible Big belongs to Erwin Wurm’s well-known Fat Car series, where he transforms everyday objects into exaggerated, absurd sculptures to warn of a culture obsessed with overconsumption. Crafted from aluminium and vibrant lacquer, this striking work uses exaggerated proportions to reflect on consumer culture and materialism.
