Before being restored, the Fahd Falah Al Shahwani Al Hajri Mosque, formerly known as Bin Daham, had been deserted for several years. Its courtyard has two entrances, one towards the north and the other towards the south, with a round minaret in the northeastern corner. There’s no trace of the original ablution facility (washroom) in the building.
The mosque contains an open prayer hall connected to the courtyard through four square openings, topped by a traditional ceiling, which is also the case inside the inner prayer hall. The two halls are connected to each other by three doors.
