If you wish to film at any location controlled by Qatar Museums, you need to complete this form and submit it by clicking the ‘Submit’ button below. You should submit your filming request at least two weeks prior to the date on which you wish to film. We will endeavour to respond to your request within ten business days. Please note completion of the Request Form does not guarantee filming access. You will receive a response via email informing you whether your request has been accepted, along with further details about your booking (such as the time you are permitted to enter and remain at the location). We grant filming permissions at our sole discretion.
If you want to film at our locations for personal use using minimal equipment (i.e. a compact camera or phone) without a crew and in a way that doesn’t affect the operation of the location in any way, you do not need to submit a Request Form.
If it is apparent that your filming request is for commercial purposes, we may charge you a fee which will be shown in a written agreement that we will ask you to sign and return to us by email to confirm your booking.
