How do I join One Pass?

Visit https://www.qacreates.com/en/one-pass to purchase your One Pass. If you are an existing Culture Pass Plus or Culture Pass Family member, you will receive details about your complimentary One Pass Gold by email.

What are the benefits of One Pass membership?

One Pass is a tiered-level digital pass that will give you one-click access to more than 300 unique experiences in the country related to Culture, Exhibitions, Fashion Show/Concerts, Theatre, Films, Dining, Gift Shop, Adventure, and Lounges.

Who can join One Pass??

All Qatar tourists and residents can join One Pass and enjoy the benefits it offers.

What types of One Pass membership are available and what are the prices?

One Pass Gold (QAR 399), One Pass Platinum (QAR 499), One Pass Diamond (QAR 1,999). For more information about the One Pass levels, see https://www.qacreates.com/en/one-pass.

How can I retrieve my One Pass?

Once you have paid for your pass, you will receive a pdf of your pass, as well as an e-ticket which you can store in your smartphone wallet. Details of your purchase will also be shared with you via email.

How can I log in to the website account after purchasing the membership?

You will receive an email confirmation upon successful purchase. Visit qacreates.com and login to the portal using your registered account details.

Do my membership benefits take effect immediately?

Once you have purchased your membership and logged in on your One Pass account, you are able to use your benefits. Your One Pass will be valid for use from October 1 – December 31, 2022.

Can I still use my Culture Pass Plus or Culture Pass Family membership?

You can use your Qatar Museums’ Culture Pass membership online account to book tickets for events and exhibitions listed in Qatar Museums’ website. To redeem other extensive benefits, login to your One Pass account in qacreates.com.
