Tasweer, in partnership with the Art in Embassies Program, invites photographers everywhere to submit their images for an international showcase across Canada, the US, and Mexico during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ cultural program.

We come from different backgrounds and speak different languages, yet we are united in joy. Football is not only a game, but a shared memory, a human voice rising from Doha to the farthest corners of the earth.
Under One Sky is a global photography exhibition celebrating the spirit of unity during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. From stadium cheers in Doha to fan celebrations worldwide, it captures moments of joy, kindness, and connection, reminding us that wherever we are, we all live under one sky.

ABOUT THE CATEGORIES
Category 1:
Inside Qatar – For photographers who were physically present in Qatar during FIFA World Cup 2022™
The themes for this category are:
1- The Journey
Photos capturing their journey and experiences traveling to Qatar.
2- The Game
Photos taken inside the stadium showing the game, excitement, and anticipation.
3- After the Game
Photos of fans celebrating during or after the game, inside or outside the stadium.

Category 2:
Outside Qatar – For photographers who celebrated FIFA World Cup 2022™ in their home countries.
The theme for this category is:
The Love of Football
The love of Football category celebrates the global love for football, capturing how fans everywhere joined the FIFA World Cup 2022 from outside Qatar. We are looking for fun, vibrant images, from cheering at home and local fan zones to street celebrations and unique fan traditions. Show the joy, creativity, and energy that united fans under one global sky!

CRITERIA & PRIZES
Image Specifications:
● Images must be submitted in JPEG or TIFF format.
● Minimum resolution: 3000 pixels on the longest side.
● File size: Between 3–8 MB.
Number of Entries:
● Each participant is allowed to submit only (1) high resolution single image. Multiple submission forms are not allowed.
Disqualification Criteria:
● Images containing nudity, sexually explicit content, or content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination will be automatically disqualified.
● Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in disqualification.
● Submissions that do not adhere to the technical or content guidelines may be removed without notice.
● Images that are heavily modified and edited will not be accepted.

Prizes:
The Under One Sky open call celebrates not only the art of photography but also the photographers behind it.
To honour outstanding submissions, the top 20 winners will each receive a cash award of 2,000 QAR and the unique opportunity to have their work exhibited across Canada, the United States, and Mexico during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ cultural program.
In addition, 50 honourable mentions will be selected and showcased alongside the winning entries, ensuring a wide and diverse representation of voices and visions. All participating photographers will be fully credited in catalogues, publications, and digital channels, giving their work global visibility and recognition.
