Thes storytelling programme introduces students to Qatar’s culture and heritage. Offered on demand, based on each school’s choice of story, students will explore selected narratives and guided discussions to learn about the nation’s past and how it shapes its future.
Note: The programme will be conducted in Arabic and English.

- Al Faresan- Al Masila Horse Racing
A story about a race held every year on the anniversary of the National Day of Qatar, from which we learn altruism and fair competition between men.
- Al Naflah Night
The story of giving and generosity in the middle of the month Shaaban of every year form the people of Qatar, and we learn to revive heritage and listen to the sweetest folk songs.
- The Most Beautiful Garangao Night
The story about the night of the middle of month on Ramadan of each year, in which children start to celebrate their fasting and the completion of the half of the holy month by singing and wearing beautiful heritage clothes.
- The Good Luck Bird
A story about the most important day of the year, which is the blessed Eid al-Adha, which is celebrated by all Muslims by choosing to sacrifice and greeting among people, let's live these moments in this interesting story.
Grades: 3 to 6
- A Tale of Gold
A story that highlights the most important folk legacies of women among our grandmothers from wearing gold and the names used in the Qatari dialect, so that the younger generation learns how to preserve this heritage and transmit it between generations, as in the story.
- Jaber: The Patient Boy from Another Time
A story that tells the hardship endured by our ancestors during the challenging sea journeys of pearl diving—teaching us one of the greatest virtues: patience and contentment with what God has destined for us.
- The Day of Khatma
The story of a mother's sacrifice to make her children happy on the most important day, which is the completion of the Holy Qur’an, which was a tradition that everyone in the neighborhood was proud of. This story brings back memories of those beautiful days.
- Adventure through the Old Palace Gates
The story of the return in the old days through the gate of the palace of Sheikh Abdullah bin Jassim Al Thani, which is now one of the gates in the National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ), from which we learn about the most prominent Qatari personalities who influenced the growth and prosperity of the State of Qatar.
