The Nasta'liq script was used and developed in Iran, where it was called Naskh Tal'eq, and in the Ottoman states, where it was known as Tal'iq. Invented by Mir Ali Al-Tabreezi in the fifteenth century, it is characterised by its beauty, the accuracy and clarity.
