This session will delve into the history of Qatari art with Qatari artist Yousef Ahmad.
Yousef Ahmad is considered one of the pioneering artists in Qatar's art movement, because of his important contributions to the development of modern and contemporary art in the country.
He is part of the first wave of Qatari artists to study abroad. He graduated from the College of Art Education in Helwan University, Cario in 1976 with a Bachelor's of Art.
