The IFQ is supporting the participation of two French craftswomen: Magali Satgé , a ceramicist, and Muriel Blanc Duret, a tapestry artist, in the artistic project entitled "Connecting Sadu and Ceramics in the Historical Heritage and Bedouin Culture of Qatar." This project is part of the IF Essential 2025 program, conducted in collaboration with Heenat Salma Farm & Liwan Design Studios and Labs (Qatar Museums).
The craftswomen will undertake a 15-day immersion in Qatar, from November 16 to 30, during which the weaver will create a collective textile work and the ceramist, two collective ceramic works, for a total of three pieces which will be presented at a final exhibition at Liwan.
