Designers Weekend is a two-day immersive program designed to bring together emerging and established designers within a setting focused on exchange, insight, and meaningful connection. Moving beyond traditional formats, the program creates a dynamic environment where ideas are shared openly, practices are explored in depth, and relationships are built organically.

This edition features Renaissance Renaissance and Late for Work, whose distinct approaches and practices shape the experience. Across the two days, participants engage in a curated flow of activities from collective discussions and deep-dive sessions into materials, techniques, and processes, to more intimate, one-on-one mentorship opportunities.

Balancing structure with openness, Designers Weekend fosters both critical dialogue and hands-on learning, offering designers not only exposure and guidance, but also a space to reflect, connect, and evolve within their practice.

Renaissance Renaissance is a Beirut-based womenswear label founded by Palestinian-Lebanese designer Cynthia Merhej. Rooted in a third-generation couture legacy, the brand bridges past and present through a poetic approach to craftsmanship, blending traditional techniques with a contemporary, narrative-driven perspective. Known for its exploration of identity, heritage, and modern womanhood, Renaissance Renaissance creates timeless pieces that move fluidly between cultures, eras, and personal histories.

Late for Work is a contemporary fashion label founded by designer Youssef Drissi. His practice is rooted in experimentation and a hands-on approach to making, where garments evolve through process rather than fixed outcomes. Through Late for Work, he explores the tension between structure and spontaneity, reinterpreting everyday clothing with unexpected proportions, details, and constructions. His work reflects a personal, intuitive design language that challenges routine and celebrates individuality.
