The Teen Hub empowers young people aged 13 to 19 through immersive cultural experiences that build skills, character, leadership, and cultural appreciation. This ensures their influence as advocates and contributors to Qatar's cultural development. We focus on the bridge between childhood and adulthood, between learning and doing, between potential and practice, all within Qatar Museums' creative ecosystem.

Culture, in all its forms, is a medium through which young people in Qatar discover who they are, what they are capable of, and where they belong. The Teen Hub's role is to structure that discovery, and to make sure the most exceptional among them are identified, elevated, and equipped to carry Qatar's creative and cultural story forward.
No other programme in Qatar gives a teenager access to this range of experiences, mentors, and opportunities through a single connected system.
“The Experiment”
For our pilot year, what we’re calling “The Experiment,” over 160 founding members were carefully selected through a nomination process designed around mystery, pressure, and real social dynamics. From day one, they were placed into situations intended to challenge them and push them beyond their comfort zones.
Now, they are emerging as active co-creators, with their experiences directly influencing and shaping what Teen Hub will become.
