Matthias Krug is an experienced strategic communications, partnerships and legacy manager with over a decade being a part of the team at Qatar 2022. Holding a Ph.D and a master’s degree in English Linguistics, Krug went on to become an award-winning author of 11 books for children and adults, awarded at 13 International Book Prizes. Krug’s work has been published in various world-renowned publications, such as CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera English, El País, DPA, ESPN FC, Huffington Post, 442, Glory Magazine and many others.
