Museum of Islamic Art Internship 1

Period of internship: 3 months

About This Internship

Through this internship, the intern will be introduced to Islamic art and the world of museum education. They will learn how to be creative when developing a learning experience (i.e. event and workshop creation) and how to identify learning materials and resources. The intern will also learn how to lead research, develop and write research based on Islamic art and how to collaborate with museum educators in developing and delivering programmes.

Specialist area:

  • Education or Management

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree

Skills Required:

  • Communication
  • Accuracy
  • Organisation
  • Teamwork
  • Arabic or English (both preferred)

The intern will:

  • Be introduced to the concept of Islamic Art;
  • Researching, developing, and writing research based on Islamic Art;
  • Collaborate with museum educators in developing and delivering programmes and working with innovative technology.

Period of internship: 3 months

  • Creating AI digital content;
  • Innovative programmes using technology

  • Collaborate with museum educators in developing and delivering programmes  and working with innovative technology.
