Msheireb Cultural Forum (M7) Internship Programme

About This Internship
The intern will assist with organising data, digitization, and research for our exhibitions, while gaining valuable insight into archival best practices and museum documentation processes. They will support the M7 Exhibitions team through coaching, presentations, and other activities. The programme is designed to develop practical skills in record-keeping and archiving, preparing students for careers in exhibition and collection management.

The intern will:
- Develop archival skills – Train interns in the digitisation of museum records and exhibition materials.
- Enhance organisational techniques – Develop and teach best practices for record-keeping and document retrieval.
- Support museum documentation – Assist in maintaining accurate and accessible records for research and institutional use.
- Foster research & analysis – Provide opportunities to analyse information management best practices and contribute to archival projects.
- Prepare for careers – Equip interns with practical experience for careers in archives, museums, and cultural institutions.
