Period of Internship: 3 months

About This Internship

The intern will gain valuable experience benchmarking and documenting local, regional, and international museums, focusing on areas such as architectural design, exhibition design, facilities and operations, event and research spaces, public programmes, audience strategies, and digital activities.

Specialist area: Architecture 

Qualification required: Bachelor’s Degree

Skills required:

  • Architectural design
  • Museum or cultural studies
  • Interior design

The intern will:

  • Gain an understanding of the diverse objectives involved in the development of a major new museum.
  • Conduct targeted foundational research to support the advancement of these objectives.
  • Develop professional skills essential for working within a large cultural organisation.

Lusail Museum Internship Programme 2

Period of Internship: 3 months

About This Internship

The intern will gain valuable experience conducting research to gather and compile Qatari, regional, and international data on museum visitorship, thematic areas of focus for Lusail Museum, and related information to support and advance Audience Development objectives.

Specialist area:

  • Sociology or social research
  • Cultural studies or cultural anthropology
  • Statistics

Qualification Required: University / College Student

Skills Required

  • Data gathering and data analysis
  • Knowledge of key technology tools to assist both.

The intern will be engaged in the following:
