About This Internship
The intern will be based in the Learning & Development (L&D) Section for a period of three months, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the learning cycle—from training planning to evaluating the effectiveness of various learning interventions. This experience will provide the intern with valuable exposure to L&D projects aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and the Qatar Museums’ requirements, offering practical insights into the training and development process within a professional setting.

The intern will:
- Assist in planning and coordinating learning and development programs.
- Support the development of learning and development materials and resources.
- Help track and evaluate learning and development effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the L&D team on ongoing projects.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Assist in organising workshops and learning sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights on L&D strategies.
