Human Capital Internship

The human capital department works to develop and maintain all systems and support functions relevant to employee welfare, such as conflict and grievance resolution, supported by comprehensive policies and procedures in compliance with Qatari HR law.

Period of Internship: 3 months

Please note: The start date of this internship is flexible based on the availability of the candidate and the requirements of the department.

About This Internship

The intern will work in the Learning and Development section of the Human Capital Department and get an understanding of the learning cycle from planning, to evaluation and delivery of learning interventions.

Specialist area: HR/ Business Administration
Qualification Required: University/College Student with Bachelor’s Degree

Skills Required

  • Attention to detail
  • Planning skills
  • English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Desire to obtain HR experience
  • Major in HR Studies or has completed an HR module in their Business Studies
  • Confidence in verbal communication
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Organisational skills

The intern will:

  • Gain exposure to various ongoing, and upcoming, projects that are linked to the strategic organisational goals
  • ​Obtain an understanding of training needs analysis
  • Be involved in the planning and administration before, and during, the delivery of courses and workshops
  • Get an understanding of the learning intervention evaluation process
  • Gain exposure to the administration of programmes such as scholarships, internships and the Fresh Graduates Development initiative
