Creative Hub refers to a group of entities and initiatives that are engaged with supporting the creative economy in Qatar. The main office works on strategic planning, advocacy efforts and supporting entities under development, which can include both infrastructure investments and festivals/biennials.

Creative Hub Internship Programme 1: Design Doha

Period of Internship: 3 Months

About This Internship

Interns will participate in media production and photography for the Doha Design Biennial and all its associated exhibitions and events.

Specialist area: Media

Qualification Required: University/College Students

Skills Required:

  • Photography

The intern will be engaged in the following:

  • Creating content for social media campaigns

Creative Hub Internship Programme 2:  Youth Programme

Period of Internship: 3 Months

About This Internship

The Creative Hub (CH) team is aiming to establish a student council to increase engagement with academic entities and its student body. The student engagement program will be implemented through the establishment of a student council that is actively involved in decision making and participation in CH programmes.

Specialist area: Design

Qualification Required: Master’s degree

Skills Required:

  • Communication

  • Networking

The intern will be engaged in the following:

  • Increasing student engagement and participation in CH programmes
  • Establishing methods for effective advocacy among student body
  • Establishing a student council with a clear outline of mission, goals, etc.
  • Linking student council with QM youth Council and other relevant internal stakeholders
  • Creating a database with roles/profiles of students
  • Organising annual meetings with faculty and students

Creative Hub Internship Programme 3: Strategic Presentations

Period of Internship: 3 Months

About This Internship

The intern will focus primarily on stakeholder collaboration, both within the country and abroad. These collaborations may include other museums, private partners, internal stakeholders, etc. The intern’s objectives will include

Designing Advocacy tools
; improving existing designs of presentations;
establishing a clear mechanism for follow-ups; and
establishing a design system that allows for effective communication of partnerships.

  • Graphic Design
  • Communication

The intern will be engaged in the following:

  • Collaborating with CRM team to understand functionality of tools proposed
  • Benchmarking research
  • Creating a tally for existing relations in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Proposing the best ways to communicate collaborations such as graph commons, clickup etc.
  • Improving graphic design of existing presentations
