All tender advertisements, invitations for bids and RFPs will be sent via e-mail through our system.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I submit a tender/RFQ?
The submission is only accepted through our etender system. No hard copies or emailed proposals will be accepted.

What file size should be uploaded?
Proposals should not exceed 10MB.

How many days do proposals need to be valid for?
They should be valid for 120 days.

How do I submit a tender bond?
The original tender bond has to be submitted on or before the closing date.

How long should the tender bond be valid for?
120 days.

Where should I submit the tender bond?

How can I raise queries about a tender/RFQ?
Use the online discussions option available on the tender page or email procurement.supplier@qm.org.qa

How soon will queries be answered?
Within 1-3 working days. It can change depending on the nature of clarification required.

How can I ask for an extension?
All extension requests should be emailed 2 days prior to the closing date.

How and when can I request a site visit?
All site visit requests should be emailed 7-10 days prior to the closing date.

How can I keep track of the status of the tender?
Simply email us.

Can I find out who wins the tender?
We reserve the right to give out the information, depending on the nature of work.

Can I request estimated budget information?
We do not give out budgetary information under any circumstances.

Can I find out the number of participants or request any participant information?
We do not give out any of this information.

How can I withdraw from a tender?
You can withdraw with the permission of the tender committee.
